


Michela is a women’s strength coach with over 8 years of professional experience in the fitness industry, training consistently since the age of 13 and coaching women through every season of life with precision and purpose.
Coming from a personal training background with deep expertise in Lagree and barre-based training, she is also specialized in pre- and post-natal coaching, with a strong focus on core rehabilitation and rebuilding confidence in the body after pregnancy.
