How does the credit system work?

If you complete the full 4-week course, you earn 360 CHF in training credit.


You can use these credits for:

It’s our way of rewarding people who follow through, not just start.

What happens if I miss a session?

Life happens. You can miss a small number of sessions and still earn your credits.


We only require you to attend most of the sessions so the progression stays effective.

What should I bring?

Just comfortable sports clothes, indoor shoes, and water.

 

If you don’t have wraps or gloves yet, don’t worry, we’ll guide you through what to get, and we have equipment you can use for your first sessions.

FAQ

Is this course safe? Will I get hit?

Yes, it’s completely safe.
You are not thrown into sparring or heavy contact.


All drills are controlled, technical, and fully coached.


Any ring work is optional, supervised, and designed to build confidence, not to test toughness.

What if I have zero experience? Will I slow the group down?

Not at all.


This course is specifically designed for complete beginners and people who’ve only trained casually.


Every session builds step-by-step, and everyone starts at the same level, you’ll never feel behind or lost.

I’m a complete beginner. Will I feel lost or overwhelmed?

We understand busy Zurich schedules.


Missing one or two sessions is fine, you can still complete the program and earn your training credit.


You’ll also receive clear guidance so you never feel lost, even if you skip a day.
