Who this course is for
1. You finished the Beginner Course and want to keep progressing.
2. You want more technical depth, more combinations, more ring IQ.
3. You want structured sparring concepts without chaos or intimidation.

What you'll learn

You’ll learn how to move with purpose.
Creating angles, managing exits, and staying balanced under pressure.
This turns footwork from something you “do” into a weapon that controls the fight.
Advanced footwork patterns

You’ll understand the invisible elements that win fights: when to step in, when to stay out, and how to dictate the pace.
This gives you the confidence to box with intention instead of reacting.
Ring strategy fundamentals

You’ll drill structured combinations that flow naturally into defence, so you can attack without leaving yourself open.
This builds rhythm, timing, and real fight IQ.
combination sequencing

Your training shifts toward real boxing conditioning.
Explosive, efficient, and built for performance. You’ll feel stronger, faster, and more capable inside the ring.
Conditioning built for fighters.

You’ll work through supervised, technical sparring drills designed for learning, not ego.
Every round has a purpose, a rule set, and a coach guiding your execution.
Controlled sparring drills

You’ll learn how to think inside the ring.
Reading distance, managing pressure, staying composed, and applying techniques under controlled, coach-supervised sparring conditions.
